Starting salary range is $45,000 to $50,000 (with FREE FAMILY MEDICAL / DENTAL). Experience in HR is a plus but not required. This is a highly visible position at all of our properties and will interact with all levels of Team Members and Corporate leadership. This candidate will have a strong cooperative leadership style. This position is responsible for the continued success of our powerful National Collegiate Internship Program, our Mentor Program (Leading our structured One-On-One onboarding training for new hires) and our new Pathway to Promotion Program designed to provide opportunities for promotions within our Company for identified high potential Team Members (hourly and salaried).
